Precision Manufacturing Process

Vacuum forming is a technological process that shapes heated and softened plastic sheets into three-dimensional products. The process involves placing a mold in a semi-automatic molding machine, with a plastic sheet positioned above the mold to be heated and melted.

We employ a vacuum pump to remove excess air between the mold and sheet, creating a vacuum environment. The cooling system then aids in shaping the product and facilitating its release from the mold.

Two general methods: positive molding (male mold) and negative molding (female mold)
